- Job Context:
- Wholesale Club Ltd. Is an enterprise of JAMUNA GROUP, which is one & only hypermarket in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for an Executive – Customer Service Department under the Marketing department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Inform customers about the benefits of the membership card and meet monthly target by selling new memberships and renewals.
- Formulate and maintain significantly profitable relationships with key customers.
- Keeping customers updated with all information on the latest products.
- Resolve all customer complaints in a quick and efficient manner.
- Expand the customer base by essentially using the methods of upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct business reviews frequently by making the best use of CRM/MSD programs.
- Have a clear understanding of the critical individual requirements and addressing them accordingly.
- Collaborate with the management team to properly run all the campaigns.
- Attend customer queries and send promotional information through all social media and Hotline number.
- Provide necessary feedback to customer’s and push for online and corporate sale.
- Generate online order from customer and process them for delivery.
- Communicate with delivery partners.
- Communicate with our online vendors and assist in the delivery process.
- Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
