Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management; (Masters are preferred)
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companyโs overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
