  • Candidate should have adequate proficiency in English, knowledge in computer, strong leadership capability and team building efficiency
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and their business applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Contex: Divo Solutions Limited helps different private and government organizations with digital transformation of their daily operations. We are launching a new solution targeted towards the Banking industry. We need an experienced hand who can carry out sales and marketing of this new solution also will be selling our pre existing solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, serving as their trusted advisor
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential marketsLead complex sales cycles from inception to closure, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct in-depth needs analyses to tailor our solutions to client requirements
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to C-level executives
  • Forecast sales activities and report on key performance metrics
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the overall sales strategy
  • Achieve and strive to exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to enhance sales strategies and efforts.
