Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your writing skills and creativity.
• Excellent command of both English & Bangla languages, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail and deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

• Having 1+ years of experience in an advertising agency/e-commerce/relevant field will get a preference.
• Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Bangla & English typing skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Create engaging and persuasive copy for Naturo marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements etc.
• Collaborate with the cross functional teams to develop creative concepts and messaging strategies that align with Naturo brand identity and objectives.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform content development.
• Understand brief and develop scripts for promotional video & animated contents.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in copywriting and digital marketing.
