Responsibilities & Context
- Debt Recovery: Implement established strategies and policies to recover outstanding debts from customers efficiently.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and facilitating smooth debt recovery processes.
- Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial solutions with clients while ensuring successful recovery outcomes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with defaulters and recovery activities to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying potential risks in recovery processes and escalate complex issues or non-compliance cases to the Team Leader.
- Compliance: Ensure that all debt recovery activities comply with relevant legal frameworks, internal policies, and industry regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Team Leader and other departments to align recovery efforts with organizational goals.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on recovery progress, challenges, and key metrics to the Team Leader for continuous improvement.
