Additional Requirements
SCADA Operating skill is mandatory.
Must have fully working hands on experience in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Aseptic Filling Machine under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and/or as part of a team.
Must have the ability to work different shifts and overtime that includes possibility of short-term and long-term shift reassignment to match the business needs.
Have competency on computer; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong Mindset for accomplishing quality work with honesty, loyalty and following company’s Occupational Health & Safety, Quality & Food Safety and other Policies.
Responsibilities & Context
Oversee and manage the operation of the SCADA system for monitoring and controlling the production process, including milk processing, pasteurization, packaging, and storage systems.
Ensure the SCADA system is functioning properly, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with the IT and maintenance teams for system repairs or upgrades.
Monitor real-time data from SCADA and other control systems, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production rates, temperatures, pressures, and equipment status are within acceptable parameters.
Analyze SCADA reports to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or deviations in production processes and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of SCADA data for compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and internal quality assurance procedures.
Supervise the daily operations of the milk production line, ensuring that all stages from receiving raw milk to packaging finished products are running smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinate and lead production teams to ensure production targets are met, including managing staffing schedules, shift rotations, and workload distribution.
Monitor production metrics such as yield, downtime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to ensure optimal plant performance.
Ensure the milk production processes meet food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, including temperature control, pasteurization, and sanitation protocols.
Manage raw material and ingredient inventory, ensuring the plant has the necessary resources to meet production requirements.
Ensure that all production documentation is accurately completed, including batch records, production logs, and quality control data.
Oversee basic maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and SCADA systems.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance for production lines and SCADA-controlled systems, minimizing unplanned downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve SCADA or production line malfunctions and ensure that corrective measures are taken promptly to avoid disruptions to the production schedule.
