ARTNATURE BANGLADESH LIMITED. is located at Lot No. C16, BSEZ, Sonpara, Panchrukhi via Rupganj, Araihazar, Narayanganj-1460, Bangladeash and is engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing, exporting and importing of hairpieces such as toupees, wigs, wiglets and the like including hair accessories and ornaments, all makes and kinds as well as any all materials including human hair and synthetic hair supplies.

Artnature Bangladesh Limited. is a subsidiary company of Artnature Inc. Yoyogi, Tokyo, Japan. To support our new plant at BSEZ, we are looking for candidates who are interested to join in the mentioned position and want to be a part of the company from it’s very beginning of operation in Bangladesh.

Company will send the selected employees to Philippines to Philippines for a 5-6 months training by it’s own cost.

Job Location:

Corporate Office: Level # 05, House # 52, Road # 11, Block # C, Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Factory : C16, BSEZ (Bangladesh Special Economic Zone), Araihazar, Narayanganj.

Responsibilities:

As it’s a new industry job placement will be done after completing a course of training.
Develop yourself as a leader of wig manufacturing industry by completing the training successfully.
Develop the skill & efficiency of subordinates according to the training and learning you will receive from local & overseas trainers.
lead the team in production team to achieve production as per plan.
Align production goals with organizational growth and workforce planning.
Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure standards and reduce defects.
System generated Order process, Fiber computation, warehouse management.
3D printing, Laser printing, Pattern sketching, Mold Sketching, fiber mixing as per training received.
Machine sewing, Hand sewing, Quality check, Finishing & Packing for final shipment.
Monitor cycle time, process flow, and manpower utilization across production stages and assist in process optimization.
Conduct time and motion studies to improve workflow and eliminate inefficiencies.
Assist in production planning and support continuous improvement.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Other assigned task by the superior as and when required.
