Summary

Education

Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Highly capable candidate will be given preference).
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from a reputed institute is preferable.
Agriculture/Veterinary/Fisheries Degree holders are highly encouraged to apply. Diploma degree holders can also apply.
For highly experienced candidate, educational qualification can be relaxed.

Experience

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based Startup

Additional Requirements

Must have positive mindset up to work in any critical environment.
Must have basic mathematics knowledge.
As a transferable job, must have a mindset up to work anywhere in Bangladesh in anytime according to company’s requirement.

Must have valid driving license & smart phone.
Presentable & friendly.

Acquiring & monitoring new dealer, farmer of poultry/cattle/fish category.
Collect & share authentic market data to management team regular basis.
New area expansion and continuous development.
Observe the ongoing market trend and share the data for ongoing self-improvement.
Check & inform the performance of own feed as well as competitor’s feed.
Develop and maintain effective business relationship with different stakeholders’ i.e. dealers, farmers, medicine company representatives, chicken supplier.
Act as an advisor for different farm or service-related issues through advising basic knowledge.
