Requirements

Education

Role Overview:

As a Client Service Manager specializing in Brand Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ brand identities and marketing strategies. This position demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of branding and marketing principles.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, nurturing strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Analyze clients’ business goals, target audiences, and the competitive landscape to craft effective brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine their brand positioning, core values, and messaging, maintaining consistency across all channels.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify brand growth opportunities.
  • Develop and oversee brand strategies including positioning, architecture, guidelines, and storytelling.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and successful marketing initiative executions.
  • Manage brand development projects from concept to evaluation, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Advise on brand messaging and content creation across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor brand performance, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations for enhancements.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in brand development and marketing.
  • Manage and lead the team within your department, ensuring effective communication and cooperation across other departments within the office.
