Responsibilities & Context

To make line loading plan (T&A) ON CONFIRMED & Projected order.
Production capacity forecasting after getting conformation form the merchandising department & analysis (monthly & yearly) for all the factories.
Buyer wise order allocation among the factories based on capacity and ensure all order running as per shipment and to achieve shipment date.
Communicate effectively with factory production teams and other department for ensuring is gong right up to shipment s5tarting form yarn.
Continuous Communicate with Supply chain management for in house raw material on time without fail.6. Regularly communicate with merchandising team regarding orders and order situation.
Collect production status of all unit and take necessary initiative to execute production as per plan.
Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, including ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
Ensure zero air freight by making effective Production plan.
Follow up consistent weekly shipment quantity achieved as per planned target.
To analyze sub con/inter-company soupcon capacity & production plan for knitting, as per buyer s nomination.
Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for smooth operation & execution of orders.
Building relationship with Merchandising department, Production people and other concerned department for smooth operation & shipment.
Follow up embellishment order for execution and take necessary initiatives as & when required.
Follow up company budget quantity achieve yearly Budget as per plan.
Take necessary decision for smooth running or production as per requirement.
Always check with IE department regarding SMV/SAM of running style as agreed plan.
Instantly communicate with the Management for urgent and serious crisis regarding production issues.
