Responsibilities & Context
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to maximize performance and revenue.
- Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to optimize sales plans.
Business Development:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Set individual and team sales targets and ensure their achievement.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and skill development programs.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Address client queries, concerns, and objections professionally and efficiently.
