Additional Requirements

1 / 2 Years working experience in any chemical manufacturing company.

Develop, improve and customize formulation, SOP, equipment’s, product, methods and process regarding different type of TPR grade.
Monitor and ensure immediate support in production unit.
Prepare and preserve documents regarding technical and test reports of chemicals and products.
Prepare Specification of useable raw materials etc.
Analyze chemicals, raw materials and prepare test solution, compounds for conducting test.
Ensure that all required performance standards of all the orders are received and confirmed before the start of production.
Ensure that the test conducted is recorded for review and summary reporting.
Provide accurate & reliable test results to all concerned departments on time.
Review all the physical test reports and advise the production department to process them if any batches fail.
Communicate with buyers regarding troubleshooting of technical points of the products.
To be responsible for quality issues of the assigned products, raw materials, finished goods etc.
To ensure that the quality of finished goods is in accordance with approved sample and specifications.
Ensure compliance in production floor health and safety guidelines.
