Good Communication & interpersonal skills, self-motivated Candidates should have experiences to perform in compliance related activities.
The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
Must have to good typing skill both in Bangla & English.
Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code 2006, amendment act 2013, other required laws applicable for factories.

Make committee (PC and safety) and follow up meeting agenda , improvement and record keeping.
Take care washroom, canteen, childcare, water supply, restroom, and maintain a register. Helping all worker about leave and maintain a register.
Training all employees and maintain a register.
Work to develop a worker-owner relationship and good communication.
Work to get types of employees right properly.
Work to ensure good health and safe environment in the workplace in the all aspects of compliance including OSH, Chemical, fire and electrical.
To provide them guidance/assistance in availing Medical services, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities, and their legal assistance.
Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
To look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facility, drinking water etc.
To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety etc.
Involve in the manpower recruitment process and take new employees orientation.
Ensure all necessary benefits for getting all workers properly.
Ensure salary getting the on-time and correct amount.
Ensure no physical or sexual abuse in the workplace
Ensure all employees right as per labor law.
