Responsibilities & Context

• Have to Manage Hybrid/IPT Part by Configure, Monitor, Maintenance, Troubleshoot.

• Have to provide Technical Support for existing/newly appointed employee & also do shifting work if need.

• Check Directory list & update if employee join/ resign in online Ha-Meem directory portal.

• Safety type most important part also have to maintain to avoid any kinds of incident.

• Work for Internal/External Telephony related Documentation, product warranty, Service status to take necessary action if need.

• Have to choose right product for trouble free service to produce best performance & save cost, Co-ordination with Technical Concern Person, PSM Department & vendor also.

• Use old stock, Right Product choose for trouble free service to produce best performance & save cost.

• Time to Time inform update status of job to Reporting Concern Person.
