Requirements

Education

  • A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university (preferably B.Sc in Textile)

Experience

  • At least 5 years

Additional Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in quality control in RMG sector.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the role of Assistant Manager, Quality Control.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance (Fabrics process and finish quality).
  • Vast knowledge on Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, printing, Embroidery, dye & washing) and planning.
  • Analytical and statistical data analysis skills.
  • Report writing and Communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in developing processes in quality control system to ensure product quality.
  • Provide guidance to the production team to ensure product quality.
  • Confirm raw materials and accessories quality before production.
  • Ensure process quality through traffic light and 7-0 checking system.
  • Identify the alteration and rejection, analyzing the root cause, and take corrective actions for rectification.
  • Establish a strong quality control team through on-the-job training by following quality SOP, tools and techniques.
  • Maintain the records and provide quality control report to the supervisor.
  • Provide strong leadership ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations.
