Experience

Additional Requirements
- 5 years of experience in quality control in RMG sector.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the role of Assistant Manager, Quality Control.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (Fabrics process and finish quality).
- Vast knowledge on Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, printing, Embroidery, dye & washing) and planning.
- Analytical and statistical data analysis skills.
- Report writing and Communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in developing processes in quality control system to ensure product quality.
- Provide guidance to the production team to ensure product quality.
- Confirm raw materials and accessories quality before production.
- Ensure process quality through traffic light and 7-0 checking system.
- Identify the alteration and rejection, analyzing the root cause, and take corrective actions for rectification.
- Establish a strong quality control team through on-the-job training by following quality SOP, tools and techniques.
- Maintain the records and provide quality control report to the supervisor.
- Provide strong leadership ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations.
