Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare or maintain daily attendance records and provide updated attendance and leave related documents to central payroll team within specified time period.
  • Prepare and maintain daily employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
  • Knowledge to Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations to the floor level workers, staff and management.
  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.Inform factory workers and staff of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  • Facilitate and schedule new employee orientations with corporate Training and development team.
  • Conduct routine reference or background checks of each worker, staff on factory job applicants.
  • Conduct exit interviews, prepare report for the Management and ensure that necessary employment conclusion paperwork is completed.
  • Provide report to management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues.
  • Implement central recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
  • Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
  • Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs.
  • Administer skill, intelligence, psychological, or drug tests for current or prospective employees.
  • Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers.
  • Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Process employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
  • Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.
  • Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
  • Monitoring and take appropriate measures of factory opening & Closing time activities to ensure smooth functioning of the factory operations.
  • Monitor factory floor housekeeping and provide regular report to responsible corporate HR team.
  • Monitor and conduct performance evaluation process of all the factory employees and update report.
  • Need to play a key role in forecasting the worker requirements and plan them accordingly.
