Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in analyzing job samples and preparing loading plans.
- Assist in creating effective production plans and monitoring production to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee the preparation of samples and obtain approval from the relevant authorities.
- Prepare tailoring costs based on design specifications.
- Ensure timely production of the required quality through vigilant supervision and monitoring.
- Check and assure product quality to minimize production costs and rejection/alteration rates.
- Send weekly loading reports to the Aarong Centre.
- Monitor the “Daily Production Report” and maintain communication with management.
- Assist the Centre Manager in recruiting, training, and retaining both new and existing workers.
- Prepare wage calculations, maintain wage registers, and update workers’ passbooks as necessary.
