Responsibilities & Context
Supervise the receipt and issuance of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished goods, and other inventory in accordance with SOPs and other required standards.
Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure timely material availability for production and on-time dispatch of finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system and ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.
Conduct routine stock verification and support periodic physical inventory to ensure inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
Monitor warehouse housekeeping, storage conditions and material handling practices to ensure compliance as per company standards.
Supervise warehouse personnel, monitor productivity and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate uninterrupted material flow and resolve operational issues.
