Summary

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience

Additional Requirements

4–6 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and MS Office.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is an advantage.
Strategic thinker with a focus on results.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Lead and supervise a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients while retaining existing ones.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive threats.
Collaborate with the team to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Maintain and expand relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Marketing Management:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
Develop promotional materials, presentations, and other marketing content in collaboration with the marketing team.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Mentor and guide the sales and marketing team to ensure productivity and motivation.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of team members.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare detailed sales and marketing performance reports for senior management.
Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop forecasts and budgets for sales and marketing activities.
