Job Summary:
The Executive / Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to meet sales targets while contributing to brand awareness and market expansion.
Responsibilities:
Sales Activities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in line with company objectives.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Marketing Activities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns to promote products/services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead statuses in CRM software.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to optimize results.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including operations and customer support, to ensure smooth service delivery.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and branding efforts.
