Requirements

Education

Diploma in Hotel Management
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
Professional Barista Certification (e.g., SCA or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.

Experience

2 to 3 years

Additional Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Barista, Barista Trainer, or Barista Assessor.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Sound knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, café operations, and customer service.
Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and committed to professional excellence.
Willingness to work in a multicultural and professional environment.

Position

Barista Assessor

Job Responsibilities

Conduct practical and theoretical assessments for barista trainees.
Evaluate trainees’ skills in coffee preparation, beverage presentation, customer service, and café operations.
Verify trainees’ competency in espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, beverage consistency, and equipment handling.
Observe trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
Prepare assessment reports and maintain accurate evaluation records.
Assign remarks and recommendations based on trainees’ competency and performance.
Ensure assessments comply with international hospitality standards and company guidelines.
Promote hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety practices during assessments.
Coordinate with the training management team to ensure effective assessment delivery.
Perform other duties assigned by management related to training and competency assessment.

Job Location: Kawla Bazar, Airport, Dhaka

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Five (5) working days per week
Weekly Holidays: Friday & Saturday
