  • Basic understanding of software products (Website, App, ERP)
  • Proposal writing & presentation skills
  • CRM or lead tracking knowledge (preferred)
  • Experience in IT/Software company sales
  • Freelancing platform experience (Upwork/Fiverr)
  • Digital marketing knowledge (Facebook Ads / SEO basics)
  • Strong networking ability in local business market

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can actively bring software projects, generate leads, and convert potential clients into long-term business opportunities. The role is focused on client acquisition, project sales, and business growth.

  • Actively generate and bring software/web/mobile app projects
  • Identify and approach potential clients (online & offline)
  • Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements
  • Prepare and present proposals/quotations
  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients
  • Achieve monthly sales/project targets
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business
