Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align strategies and optimize service offerings.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Oversee complex sales negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
Generate Daily/ Monthly/ half-yearly/ yearly reports on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance.
