Responsibilities & Context
KABA HOLDINGS is an authorized agent banking. It is going to recruit Cashier. Interested & eligible candidates are requested to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process transactions: Accepts deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances
- Balance cash: Maintains cash flow and balances the ledger at the end of the day
- Provide customer service: Responds to customer queries, solves complaints, and informs customers about bank services
- Authenticate customers: Verifies customer identities and signatures before processing payments
- Manage cash: Counts and reconciles cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
- Promote products: Advises customers on bank products and services
- Resolve complaints: Handles customer complaints calmly and professionally
- Maintain a clean checkout area: Restocks bags and cleans equipmen
