- Designing programs to enhance employee performance, leadership development, and career growth
- Leading the design of competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain talent
- Ensuring HR policies comply with local, state, and government regulations
- Leveraging data and technology to inform HR decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
- Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the board on all people-related matters
