- Candidate must be need good English communication skills.
- Candidate should be well conversant & practical Experienced in commercial export, import documents making for office (Transferring L/C, commercial invoice, packing list, Payment planning L/C marking).
- Candidate should be well conversant on Documentation & Customs and Bonds.
- Candidate should Perform the regulatory formalities (Bank Insurance/ Customs) relating to Export & Import.
- Well communication skills of negotiate with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarder.
- Maintain cooperation with C&F agent, submit documents to C&F agent as well as customs department to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
- Candidate must have practical working experience in the area of BTB, L/C & collect PRC from Bank, documentation for getting payment in Bank from LC/SC, and perform Annual customs audit.
- Applicant should have adequate knowledge of HS code, customs act, export policy bond formalities and other related laws applicable for Export & Import as well as all banking terms and documentation.
- Have to make close communication with lien Banks for Export/Import documentation & for the realization of LC payment.
- To ensure all commercial activities (e.g. PI collection, L/C Open, L/C amendment, L/C retirement, and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties, payment realization, etc.) through overseas communications.
- Must have good knowledge about imports through LC and TT. Check documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Delivery Challan / Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, other certificates) and present shipping documents to respective customs stations on time. Communicate with Bond License, Customs, C&F, Trade Bodies, Banks, Shipping Line, Insurance Companies, VAT department, production department, C&F, EPB, Customs, Shipping Line, Freight forwarders, Transport Agents & other statutory authorities to ensure delivery of machine/ goods from customs and port authority.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.
