Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans to management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and international compliance standards.
- Prepare factories for buyer inspections and third-party audits.
- Follow up on corrective action plans (CAP) and ensure timely implementation.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for awareness on ethical practices and safety.
- Monitor social compliance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with audit bodies and buyer compliance teams.
- Ensure documentation is properly stored and available for instant access during audits.
- Proceed BSCI , SEDEX and several international Audit.
