Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Monitor and track cash flow, daily transactions, and budget utilization.
- Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
- Ensure all tax and VAT documentation are submitted correctly and timely.
- Assist external auditors and coordinate audit processes efficiently.
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls and policies.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring relevant data is collected and processed.
