The Display Centre of Sheltech Ceramics Limited at Dhaka is looking for professionals who will play a vital role in representing the brand and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The roles include presentable merchandising of products, supervising and managing inventory, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring immersive and engaging customer experience with our products. The employees at the centres will actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions, acting as a brand ambassador while also managing daily operations, financials, and reporting.

Vacancy: We need 1 male & 1 Female Candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and conduct daily operations of the display centre.
  • Ensure a welcoming and visually appealing environment in the display centre for customers
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and events within the display centre.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and brand loyalty.
  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a pleasant experience.
  • Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Ensuring safety and security, such as the proper functioning of CCTV cameras, keys, fire extinguishers, and vault management in the showroom.
  • Track and manage stock levels, coordinating with inventory and supply chain teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on display centre performance and customer feedback.
