Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, monitor and control sample dyeing.
- Knowledge on dyes, chemicals and combination selection.
- Follow up sample dyeing production process as per SOP.
- Ensure correct recipe, combination and adjustment.
- Adequate knowledge of knitting, test methods, finishing.Ability to understand potential risk factor for bulk production.
- Meeting target production with right quantity.
- Engage superior /communicate to execute any technical issue related with production, submission, test & quality.
- Right combination selection ofor making Lab dips & Bulk production according to shade types & buyer requirement.
