As Development Lead, you secure the Product development process and execute a strategy aligning with Assortment expectations.
You ensure the best product quality and design in a cost-effective manner appropriate lead times, contributing to globally customer-focused product offerings.
You analyze and provide essential customer trend information; you maintain equal product offerings across markets.
You coordinate market development competencies and work with suppliers to ensure alignment in customer’s requirement regarding product and concept development directions.
As a team leader, you support design and product strategies with effective methods, schedules, and follow-ups.
