Education

As the Quality Senior Manager, you co-create and execute strategies to improve product quality globally, focusing on technical aspects and customer feedback.
You lead by example, aligning actions with the H&M leadership expectations and values.
You leverage your technical expertise and understanding of fit, grading, and pattern construction to enhance customer perceived quality from design to development.
You collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze quality’s impact on sales and drive continuous improvement, ensuring sustainable practices.
You coach and train teams and suppliers to optimize technical product quality and supplier self-reliance.
