Responsibilities & Context
Job role:
We are seeking an experienced Power Plant in charge to oversee the operations, maintenance, and overall efficiency of our power plant & the maintenance operations of our dyeing factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the plant runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations and long-term performance.
Job responsibilities:
- Plant Operations & Maintenance: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the power plant, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency and look after overall maintenance functions of the factory.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and government compliance requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise plant staff, including engineers, technicians, and operators, to maintain high performance and teamwork.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor plant performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Address technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, reduce costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to avoid downtime.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on plant performance, maintenance activities, and safety compliance.
