Responsibilities & Context

Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to enhance performance.
Monitor team performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
Strengthen relationships with vital clients (importers – exporters).
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Set sales targets, KPIs, and revenue forecasts for the division.
Develop and implement action plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
Generate leads and close deals to expand the company’s market presence.
Develop market penetration strategies to expand into new territories.
Collaborate with the operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
