Have to set planning as per capacity and priority.
Should Know cotton & Polyester dyeing production.
Have to check quality of the dyed yarn, shade approval of yarn as well as the sewing thread.
Have to ensure co-ordination with batch, dyeing, finishing, quality and delivery team.
Have to follow up dyeing production as per daily target plan.
Have to handle shade matching in lab and dyeing.
Co-ordination with planning for the program and quality control dept. for testing of fastness properties.
Taking care of testing of Rubbing, washing, Light and Perspiration fastness.
Training of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues.
Coordination with laboratory, sales and marketing departments for day-to-day production requirements and sampling activities.
