Responsibilities & Context

• Unique Business Systems Limited is looking for Engineer or Assistant Engineer for Audio, Visual, Surveillance Camera, IT equipment related solution issues. The candidate must be able to analyse customer requirements and serving them with proper solution. Anyone who has experience in this field of providing Audio, Visual, Surveillance Camera, IT equipment related solution are encouraged to apply.
• Providing pre-sale support to all the work including a site survey, need analysis, benchmarking, program report creation, and planning meetings with clients to determine how best to set up their space.
• Providing post-sale support to work understanding of the technology used in different types of Installations, Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of Audio, Visual, Surveillance Camera, IT Equipment, etc in project sites or premises at customer end.
• Developing technical knowledge in areas such as working with Audio, Visual, Surveillance Camera, IT Equipment, etc, understanding their connectedness, and creating end-user communication that is seamless and interruption-free.
• Answer questions related to costs, compatibility and integration with existing systems, and any other concerns that may arise during the installation of the system.
• Identify cost-effective alternatives that fit the customer’s budgets without sacrificing quality or performance.
• Find out the hardware malfunction of Audio, Visual, Surveillance Camera, IT Equipment and repair or any troubleshoot that may be required.
• Must work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding these systems.
• Perform maintenance and provide support as soon as possible.
• Pre-order accessories or spare parts if needed for the completion of job.
• Operate installation tool like drills and other equipment.
• Effectively dealing with client’s requirements and providing service at desired level.
• Handing over after the completed job at project or customer end and training designated persons.
• Effectively communicate with customers for proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Traveling all over the country to complete the job at customer end.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
