Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a professional & qualified Commercial Executive who is be expert in handling commercial matters of a Buying House.
Preparing import and export document.
Good knowledge in handling L/C, Import and Export, Customs Act, Bond, C&F, Transportation, BGMEA, EPB, Shipping Line, Chamber of Commerce, Custom Audit, Cash Incentive etc.
Communicating with overseas customers, factories and other stakeholders as required.
Organizing freight and mobilization of service contractors to operation sites. Manage vendor purchase order and contract issuance and execution.
Receive, track, review and/or approve required vendor document submittals utilizing document control processes and procedures.
Organizing department effectively to ensure the satisfaction of internal and external suppliers and customers.
Any other task assigned by the management.
