Responsibilities & Context
- Install and configure various network devices including CISCO Router, Switch & Firewall.
- Configure various network services including routing, switching and VPN within LAN & WAN environments.
- Install and maintain different types of application servers running on windows and Linux platform.
- Installing operating systems (windows and Linux), office applications and antivirus on servers, desktops and laptops.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability.
- Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software problems.
- Remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
- Ensure smooth running of all IT equipment and services.- Maintain all kinds of document of IT department.
- IT equipment/assets Management.
