Responsibilities & Context
Spare Parts Receive as per Purchase Requisition and Physically Quality & Quantity Check.
Spare Parts Issue to user Dept. as per Store Requisition
Communicate with the Engineering & Others Dept. about Spare Parts Quality and further receive process
Prepare MRR & Material Issue at ERP as per Purchase Order & Store Indent
Communicate with the supplier for material receive & return ( if needed).
Material transfer to other Feed Mills as per procurement team
MRR, Challan send to head office for further bill process.
Prepare Purchase Requisition as per stock level & user demand
Arranging the store considering the store space
Spare parts Cycle count for material reconciliation purpose.
