Additional Requirements

Collect and analyze production data to assess efficiency and identify improvements.
Monitor cycle time, process flow, and manpower utilization across production stages.
Assist in process optimization, bottleneck identification, and SOP development.
Conduct time and motion studies to improve workflow and eliminate inefficiencies.
Support line balancing, resource planning, and production forecasting.
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S techniques to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure standards and reduce defects.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in budget planning.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor KPIs, provide management reports, and support continuous improvement.

Advance skill in Excel and Microsoft Office

Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)
