Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure supplier strength make them as a sailor Nominated supplier & Organize them sailor nominated standard.
- Sourcing and Monitoring subcontract factory production.
- Ensure proper input & material flow in subcontract factory & Plan on time delivery & execute that plan.
- Make a strong bridge between supplier & sailor for getting best output and maintaining delivery schedule.
- Use digital communication between supplier, Operation & other department for quick solution of any problem.
- Focus & show supplier achievement regarding delivery & quality.

Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)
