Additional Requirements

SOP Development & Implementation:

Finalize and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Quality Department to meet Sailor’s defined quality benchmarks.
Set quality parameters for every stage of the production process.
Review and improve existing policies, ensuring effective implementation across teams.
Establish and ensure SOP compliance at all levels of operation.

Quality Assurance across Production Units: (Inhouse, Subcontract & FOB):

Ensure pre-production (PP) meetings are conducted at supplier factories with proper quality guidelines.
Oversee daily order planning and allocate quality personnel accordingly.
Monitor inline quality inspection during production period and provide supplier guidance.
Develop and maintain quality procedures for all production units (In-house, Subcontract & FOB).

Subcontract Quality Monitoring (FOB Fabric, Sewing & Finishing):

Conduct fabric inspections (local/imported) using the 4-Point System; make fast decisions on problematic fabrics.
Ensure quality standards and checking procedures for all types of accessories.
Oversee fabric testing – including color fastness, tearing strength, GSM, shrinkage, and shade maintenance.
Ensue Pattern & Marker check size ratio & Alignment.
Monitor daily operations of sewing line supervisors, quality inspectors, and critical process operator.
Follow up daily work of internal sewing line supervisor, QS, QI, critical process operator.
Ensure Iron & Packing quality as sailor standard.
Ensure every garments quality inspection and quality trading to confirm good quality product for the customer.
Combined responsible for order closing with production leader.

Retail & Outlet Quality Support:

Provide outlet teams with ongoing support to resolve product quality issues.
Collect and analyze customer feedback; take necessary corrective & preventive actions.
Visit outlets regularly to gather insights and ensure continuous product quality improvement.
Organize training programs for outlet staff on product quality updates.

Reporting, Analysis & Communication:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) reports.
Organize monthly KPI meetings to review quality issues and improvement plans.
Establish and maintain a supplier wise quality database and grading system.
Ensure effective coordination and communication with all internal and external stakeholders to drive quality performance.
Prepare dynamic and insightful reports for senior management highlighting key quality metrics and developments.
