- Bachelor`s Degree in Footwear Engineering, Leather Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible & Manage Quality Operations of respective coverage Footwear & Non-Footwear factories.
- For Quality improvement all operations can handle independently.
- To drive action plan for achieving quality KPI.
- Manage & communication effectively with CFTs to meet sustain cost effective KPI target of minimizing SR, CC, rework & rejection.
- Always follow & work-out for Quality in `Right First Time`.
- Good Knowledge about required Physical test (materials, F.G) & standard parameters at SATRA, ISO.
- Good knowledge about Footwear technical competency, Materials & product life cycle & SOP of different manufacturing processes.
- For enhancing product quality develop the process & workout for execution.
- Good knowledge about production trial & process engineering
