Responsibilities & Context

• Monitor all QC activities to ensure that end product meets quality parameters.
• Make QC inspection plan with production and PPIC department.
• Underlying causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent them from occurring in the future.
• Keep retention sample of raw materials and packing materials.
• Handling of OOS, deviation, change control, etc.
• Log book writing, compile of test document of Raw materials, packing materials and finished products.
• Maintain the good housekeeping of Laboratory.
• Monitoring of Non-conforming and rejected materials and market return products.
