Additional Requirements

Daily production supervise & directs plant operations (Baby Diaper, Sanitary Napkin, Hygiene Product).
Maintain manpower & materials for proper running of production as per GMP/SOP.
Do coordination & communication with the job related manpower as per production planning.
Ensure receiving of the RM & PM from the store for smooth production.
Minimize loss at different stage of production process and ensure higher productivity of the production.
Ensure the proper return and raise supplementary requisition with proper justification.
Reconciliation of production batches.
Solve all problem during a shift and give direction and supervise the works.
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
Weekly & monthly production reporting as well as evaluating.
