Responsibilities & Context

Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Executive – Sales for Gravure Ink and Adhesive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient bill collection. This role requires a motivated and independent professional with excellent negotiation skills and a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Job Responsibilities:

To ensure sales target & achievement and customer bill collections.
Must be energetic and able to work under pressure, independently for a long time.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers
Strong negotiation skills and good sales & marketing knowledge.
Identify key customers and maintain a good, long-term relationship with them .
Plan, develop, and implement an effective sales & marketing strategy.
Dealer / Distributor Selection.
Collect the orders from dealers/distributors.
Collect DD (Demand Draft) and cash from Dealer/distributor point.
