Requirements
Education
- B. Sc in Engineering (Mechanical/IPE/PME/Marine)/Diploma in Engineering(Mechanical/IPE/PME/Marine) from any reputed institution.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Gas, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 35 years
- Sound knowledge in AutoCAD (2D, 3D, and 3D Max), ISO, MS Office, and SAP Software.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan and co-ordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
- Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
- Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to management immediately.
- Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activates to ensure maximum production.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
- Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activates.
- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
- Develop best practice to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and drive resolutions.
- Perform any other comparable responsibilities assigned by Dept. Head or Management.
