Responsibilities & Context
- Manage retail sales of spare parts for commercial vehicles at designated outlets or service points.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts (corporate clients, fleet operators, workshops).
- Identify customer needs and offer the right product solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and achieve monthly sales targets and ensure profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
- Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns to boost spare parts sales.
- Analyze sales trends and generate reports for performance tracking and forecasting.
- Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with the service team to provide integrated after-sales solutions.
