Additional Requirements

Skilled in resolving all hardware/software and Windows OS issues.
Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, UPS, IPS, routers, switches, etc.).
Install and configure Windows OS; ensure smooth daily IT operations.
Maintain and secure IT infrastructure including server management, data backup, and access control.
Oversee and record company IT assets; ensure full utilization.
Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and secure networks for head office and retail units.
Set up and maintain IP, LAN, wireless routers, CCTV, DVR, attendance systems, barcode/online printers, and Microsoft Outlook/Excel.
Monitor ERP software, handle data entry, and generate MIS and operational reports.
Maintain production, packing, and delivery data for urgent needs.
Ensure data protection, confidentiality, and timely customer database management.
Conduct field visits and maintain up-to-date IT inventory documentation.
