Additional Requirements:
- Must have Local Fashion Brand and Garments related work experience & able to work at Factory Level.
- Must have Strong knowledge of TC and Textile traceability activities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Merchandising, Product Development,
- Strong knowledge of apparel costing, trims, garment construction, and production processes.
- Good understanding of the Bangladesh fashion retail market, customer preferences, and product pricing strategies.
- Ability to independently manage product development and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and merchandising documentation.

Responsibilities & Context
Workplace: Work at Factory
Job Location: Ziraboo, Savar, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end product development from design concept to production.
- Prepare product Costings and ensure products meet target margins and retail price points.
- Source fabrics, trims, accessories, and other materials from local and international suppliers.
- Develop, review, and approve samples while ensuring required quality, fit, measurements, fabrics, colors, and construction details.
- Monitor production timelines and resolve sourcing, costing, and development-related issues.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, competitor products, and emerging fashion trends to support product development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and sourcing partners.
- Contribute to new product launches and seasonal collection development.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
